A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due 14 days before collection or delivery. Payment is made via secure link provided in your invoice.

That depends on how you plan to serve it.:

• Coffee portions: 1” x 1” x 6” (perfect for after dessert or as a light treat).

• Dessert portions: 1” x 2” x 6” (more generous, for cake as the main dessert.

My cakes are extended height with four layers per tier, so even the smallest serve is satisfyingly generous. I’m happy to help guide you based on your guest count.

Absolutely. Every cake is custom-designed to reflect your event and style. I’ll work with you to refine the look. While I won’t copy other artist’s work exactly, you’re welcome to share images for inspiration.

Minor changes may be possible up to 14 days before your event, depending on the nature of the change. After that, design changes can’t be guaranteed and may incur a fee.

Yes, delivery is available across Sydney and the Blue Mountains. Delivery and collections times are by appointment only, on Sundays availability is limited to before 9am and after 11am.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances on my end (i.e. illness of emergency), I’m unable to fulfill your order, I will refund your full payment and assist in finding a trusted alternative baker where possible.

I can offer gluten free and dairy free options, but all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee nut-free or cater for anaphylactic allergies.

Only I am permitted to dress the cake for food safety and insurance reasons. If your florist is supplying fresh flowers, I’ll work with them to ensure a seamless look. I may also recommend high-quality faux florals when needed.
