Each cake is baked from scratch using premium ingredients, with every tier, filling, and finish made in-house. I work primarily with Swiss meringue buttercream for its smooth finish and subtle sweetness, and also offer white chocolate ganache for a more polished, structured look or when the design requires added stability.
