Every cake is made fresh from scratch using high-quality ingredients; never pre-mixed, never pre-made. That includes every layer, filling, and buttercream. I use Swiss meringue buttercream as my standard for its silky texture and balanced sweetness, and also offer white chocolate ganache for a more luxe, structured finish or when your design calls for it.
