Introducing: The Gown Collection

My first elevated collection draws inspiration from one of the most iconic symbols of celebration and transformation - the wedding gown.

Throughout history, the gown has represented more than beauty. In ancient times, it symbolised status, purity, and family legacy. In modern weddings, it reflects individuality, romance, and the deeply personal journey of love. Every pleat, lace detail, and silhouette tells a story, and I’ve translated that language into sugar, texture, and form.

Each cake in this collection is a sculptural homage to the elegance, intricacy, and emotion woven into bridal fashion. Think delicate lacework, flowing fondant drapery, and hand-crafted embellishments that echo the craftsmanship of haute couture.
