Booking Process
Step 1: Get in touch. Most of our work and consultation is done via email, so please get in touch through our enquiry form below. Photos are very helpful in the design process, so please feel free to send these through. Please note that we cannot duplicate an exact copy of another designer's work, but these photos will be used as inspiration.
Step 2: Once we receive your enquiry, we will confirm availability and provide general pricing and size options. We will also use this opportunity to ask any further clarification questions. A cake brief/formal quote is then provided for your review.
Step 3: Once you have accepted the quote, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The balance will be due 7 days prior to cake exchange.
Please note that bookings are not locked-in until the deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed.
